Add the same outline effect to the balls as we do for hamsters #55

Currently when hamster balls get lost behind assets (cages, center globe) they aren't easy to locate.

Add an effect to the hamster ball to allow it to be seen when not visible, similar to hamsters (or different, so long as it resolves this issue!)

This should extend to peanuts as well. When they drop on the far side of the globe, you can't see them and can't locate them easily.

Peanuts is easy to implement but adding the ball might be a bit difficult because it has a transparent texture
