Implemented CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions that:

Performs tests on PRs and pushes to main and develop
Tests and builds the project for Mac, Windows, and Linux when the repo is tagged
Creates a release on GitHub and Itch.io with the created builds

Closes #63
