Minor jittering when rearranging tabs

Grab a task button, pinned or active, and move it around the taskbar. You should notice consistent but fairly minor jittering.

I just have not been able to figure this out. it would seem like a redraw issue somewhere in the label, but i can't find it.

So this should be fixed. Though I don't understand the cinnamon generic container enough to tell you why...

I have had a look between version 2.7.5 and the latest develop version. I feel like there is no more jittering in the develop branch.
