One of the reasons I installed this is because it's the one feature I liked about Win7, however I couldn't stand it with it's default behavior. There was a registry hack (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/16334/make-the-taskbar-buttons-switch-to-the-last-active-window-in-windows-7/) That makes it so that every time you click on the icon, it takes you to the other windows in order of how recently the window was active. (In other words, clicking the chrome icon twice would bring up the second most recent chrome window). The current behavior is that when you click it a second time, it minimizes the most recent window, and makes it difficult to switch to the other windows.
