When you "hover peek" a fullscreen window that has been minimized (e.g. press F11 in firefox, then minimize it, then peek it), it works fine as long as there is at least one other window (not minimized) open on the desktop. If there are no other open windows on the desktop, the peek causes the screen to flicker rapidly and continuously between the destkop and the fullscreen'ed window. This also happens if there are other windows, but they are all minimized. There needs to be at least one un-minimized window showing on the desktop in order for peek to work correctly with fullscreen windows.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Close or minimize ALL open windows.
2) Open firefox and press F11 to enter fullscreen
3) Minimize the window
4) Hover over the thumbnail with hover peek enabled
Behavior is reproducible 100% of the time on my machines, with ANY app that is fullscreen (not just firefox). Maximized app is ok, it needs to be a fully fullscreen, undecorated window for the glitch to happen.
