close all for right mouse button #57

I miss very often a "close all" button for a right mouse click.

I have a pull request for this feature in place. :) Wasn't too hard to add.

I tested it also. Works fine for me. But what is "install Gda"? Right MouseButton on Firefox icon.

That was added by Jake here: https://github.com/jake-phy/WindowIconList/commit/ee37b0287c6a4a7a680b19dac63e3a901939d202

I think Gda is something this applet can use to better integrate with Firefox as I've seen it referenced in the code.

That is correct. Gda allows me to retrieve the history from the Firefox sqlite database. If you look in Firefox.js that is were I am importing it.
