Add 'close all windows' to icon right-click menu #96

Currently 'Close' will only close one window (order unclear) and must be repeated until all windows are closed. Closing a window can be achieved by hitting the 'X' on each window, so 'Close' is currently duplicating this behaviour.

this option is added in the latest git push. however I am having some problems making the settings work.
