What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load GameShark Lite
2. Watch the INTRO.STR the shark swimming about or any of the other STR's by 
selecting them off the menu, 

How to use = GSLITE.STR
Go big win big = GOBIG.STR
about gameshark.com = DOTCOM.STR

What is the expected output? 
For the STR's to playback in full colour with sound. They display fine in 
pcsx-revolution rev84.

What do you see instead?
Broken up and blocky playblack on a gray screen.

What version of CubeSX or WiiSX are you using? 
CubeSX

On what console?
Gamecube

Are you using HLE BIOS or a real BIOS (SCPH1001, etc)?
Tried all.

Which core type is being used, Dynamic Recompiler or Interpreter?
Tried all.

I forgot to add I played the STR's back in psmplay v0.4 0725
and there
320x240
fps: 15
type: stereo 
sample rate: 37800
channels: 1
