Add portal to game world #7

[x] Portal has good looking sprite (Arguable)
[x] Portal cannot be walked through
[x] When player is near the portal, interaction prompt pops up
[x] Player can interact with portal to regenerate game world
[x] When player uses the portal, world counter increases
[x] Portal does NOT show up in world 5
