Adding controller input for the Xbox One controller

• callback functions for movement of the joysticks
• window function for querying the direction and strength of each joystick
• button callback functions for controller buttons
• window function for querying the state of controller buttons

I have decided that glfw has a good abstraction already, so we don't need to worry about abstracting it further
