What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type in the command sudo logKextClient in terminal
2. Type in the password "logKext"
3. The message "Sorry, try again." appears then after 3 attempts closes out.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that I will be able to open the log file.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.2 using on Mac OS X version 10.6.8
Please provide any additional information below.
I have had no problems using this program before, and have used it for over a
year. This is the first time I have encountered this problem.
