(SP6 Debian) Boot hangs for a very long time after hibernate #569

Sorry if this is a duplicate After boot, I get a continuous message phy0: mwifiex_cfg80211_sched_scan_start : Invalid Sched_scan parameters. Boot hangs.

I'm running MX Linux 18, so effectively Debian Stretch. And running Jakeday kernel 5 1.15

Not sure if it will ever boot. I've given it about 30 min.

Image never booted. However I did discover that the error message phy0: mwifiex_cfg80211_sched_scan_start : Invalid Sched_scan parameters is largely benign or at least non-impacting. I was only seeing this message because a lightdm startup script was preventing lightdm from running. This can be closed as a non-issue. Hopefully it will help someone else. Sorry for the red herring.
