Battery percentage and touch screen not working #610

Hello, I'm pretty new to this, but I've installed this on my surface pro 6 running Ubuntu 19.1 but after rebooting either the touch screen and battery indicator are still not working or showing. How can I solve this?

The builds on this repository are seriously outdated. The default kernel from Ubuntu has a bigger version number, thats why it gets booted by default. You should install the updated builds from https://github.com/qzed/linux-surface which should become the default once installed. Otherwise you can find the build from here in the "Advanced" (or so) submenu in GRUB.
