The SB2 dGPU seems to be always on with kernel 5.3.12. 5.3.11 didn't have this problem. Specifically, I've noticed that the Surface Book 2 base is always warm, even while sleeping. Further, after sleeping overnight, the base battery lost about 60% of its charge. Nevertheless, 'surface dgpu get' reports that it's off.
