adding bower file #29

Hey. Short feedback on this one. The package doesn't seem to work. Without a version in my bower.json i can install. With a version tag it doesn't.

with a version tag and "bower install" i get....

bower sassline#~2.1.0       not-cached git://github.com/designbyjake/sassline.git#~2.1.0
bower sassline#~2.1.0          resolve git://github.com/designbyjake/sassline.git#~2.1.0
bower sassline#~2.1.0     ENORESTARGET No tag found that was able to satisfy ~2.1.0

without a version tag and "bower install" i get....
