Fixed repo URL and added PyPI classifiers #8

The URL for the repo currently gives a 404, so it wasn't easy to find this repo via PyPI. I've fixed that.

I also added classifiers for PyPI so users will know that the package works with Python 2.7, 3.2, and 3.3 (at least I assume it does, by the looks of PR https://github.com/Aquasys/django-jasmine/pull/6 -- ironically, this package has no tests!)

BTW, is there a rationale for having the issue tracker turned off for this repo?

Bump. Also, @Fandekasp can we expect a new PyPI release any time soon?

Sorry @hwkns, have been (and still am) very busy. Morever, didn't work with django nor jasmine in a while :/

Would you maybe like to become maintainer for this repository?
