On my system (running on a Chromebook with 4 GB RAM under a container) Firefox runs fairly slow. This patch attempts to remedy the problem by

introduce ability to specify LOGLEVEL (either via export LOGLEVEL=DEBUG or to run the app with something like LOGLEVEL=DEBUG ./debbit.py
it waits for the 'Buy Now' text to show up in the gcui-asv-reload-buynow-button-announce HTML span
