This PR pulls the latest and greatest code from the development branch. A short summary...

Features

Move startup script to docker-entrypoint.sh allowing for customisation.
Moves NEXTAUTH_ prefixed variables to INSTANCE_
Moves next/image to next/future/image for faster/nicer/better image loading and optimisation.
Implements a base test library to further resolve components issues before merge.

Fixes

Variabalise platform and ENV scopes.
Removes unused component RequiresAuth.tsx
Removes user from the Dockerfile allowing for better multiplatform support in future.
