Bring back -q description #421

Seems to be mentioned in other places but smh missed here.

I had to go back and refresh my memory on this. Jake used to be a lot chattier, and much of that superfluous output got removed at one point. Not sure why -q got removed from the description. It definitely still works. Thanks for restoring it!
