Cannot flip back when RTM list too short

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. RTM list is short (eg 1-2 items)
2. Click i to see back side of widget
3. No Back button to return to front!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Back button visible!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
10.5

Please provide any additional information below.
You could easily fix this by placing Back button at top of back side view of 
widget (ie around 
where the moof/dogcow is) ...
