Add Switch capability #7

Allows cameras to easily be controlled by the rule machine.

Should this also be added to the camera group, for the same reasons?

@edasque I thought someone did that already? If not then likely yes. And maybe the light and plug group drivers as well?

I will give this a try when I have some time to test. Or if you beat me to it feel free to submit a PR.

I can't test on anything but camera and camera groups. I added the line on Camera Groups and it works. They do not report status though (unrelated).
