… as "pmcid" and not "pmc"; otherwise no PMC ID is retrieved from publications

Hey @mevol , this is a good catch. Unfortunately the NCBI PMC files do use "pmc" for the pmcid, so your fix would break for those. I'll create an issue and put in a fix that covers both.
