User-facing Changes

• default to not trim sentences
• output XML will include tables

New Features

• Able to parse tables
• Adds xml_path infon to table/figure passages
• Flag to add xml_path infon to all passages if needed
• https://github.com/jakelever/biotext/issues/3: In-text citations to literature maintained as 0-length annotations (can be turned off with mark_citations flag)
• Unit tests and coverage reporting

Bug Fixes

• Removes some minor extra whitespace that was being added
• Removes invalid pipefail flag from bash scripts (not allowed in newer ubuntu bash)
• Regularizes splitting so that figure titles are not appended to preceding passages
