ntfs-dumping defect #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start cfg v69d
2.use ntfs-hdd
3.try to dump

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
hanging at 0.00%

What version of the loader are you using?
v69d

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.1e, 4.2e

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
hdd

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
ntfs

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)
tried ios247-250 (d2x6), her,es 222, 223

Does it work with other loaders?
with cleanrip

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
yes

did you enable ntfs_write=1 ?
maybe try running a disk check on the hdd with windows and retry.
also try 70b2, the libntfs was updated maybe it helps.

While ntfs_write=1 will probably fix it, the fact that it is needed is a 
problem.  Why isn't NTFS enabled by default?  This is the best USB loader in my 
opinion, but I'm really getting tired of all the new topics about not being 
able to rip games with NTFS.
