throwable object teleport to player after being thrown: as a glitch mechanic #15

glitch tiles in an area around you or where you're facing (glitch cycles tiles around you in a scattered way, kind of like switching colors of the player in the first game, but randomly on tiles around you)...

alternatively this could also be a cool theme of the final level :)))
