add 2 check box for add koin library or ktor library #8

Hello, I'm very happy to write to you. I've been working on a plugin that I hope you'll accept because it will make creating Kotlin multiplatform projects easier by adding a checkbox for adding the libraries KOIN or KTOR. I'm happy you like the plugin! I'm totally fine with this! I had been thinking about adding this for ktor since it's made by JetBrains.
