Utils:: saveFile and UTF-8 with Qt5 is buggy #283

When using the Utils::saveStringToFile() file is UTF-8 encoded, but with Qt5.0 
the file is not correctly reconized by MacOs TextEdit. The encoding must be 
declared to UTF-8 when opening the file... This behavior was not present with 
Qt4.8. So Qt bug or FMF bug ?
