Matplotlib update makes weird residue icons #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. python $CINGROOT/python/cing/Libs/test/test_NTMoleculePlot.py
2. Look at: test_NTMoleculePlot.png

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It seems the transforms for the icons for residues are all screwed up. See 
attached.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Change occured between matplotlib.__version__ '0.98.5.3' (mac ports latest) and 
'0.90.1' (current 
production on nmr).

Temporary solution might be to install previous matplotlib version for now. It 
might also help me 
debug.

Fixed in r607. Surprised we didn't run into this problem before.
