Flag the level of completeness of the CING report. #205

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. CING will be debugged to the point that all entries in NRG can be run but 
not necessarily be run 
to completion. E.g. an external program might crash. We had like to note that 
to the user as this can 
affect the overall scores.
