Bad url rewrite done by apache?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The url:
http://nmr.cmbi.ru.nl/icing and
http://nmr.cmbi.ru.nl/icing/
will be rewritten to something like:
http://localhost/icing/#file

either by Apache or by GWT

Work around use full https or http address:
https://nmr.cmbi.ru.nl/icing/iCing.html

iCing robots like the one in CCPN analysis are not affected.
iWeb site has been updated to this workaround.
Google Code site will be updated next if needed.

Updating status considering nobody else is linking to just:
https;//nmr.cmbi.ru.nl/icing

I'll ask sysadmin here about fixing it in the new year.

typo, the invalid urls are:
https://nmr.cmbi.ru.nl/icing and
https://nmr.cmbi.ru.nl/icing

Again: work around is to use:
https://nmr.cmbi.ru.nl/icing/iCing.html
