Missing chi dihedrals give missing Janin plots for #240

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Look at something like:

(the final filename might be different)
2. - CING Janin Z-scores are only for very few residues filled in. They donn't 
have all proton 
coordinates but the heavies should be enough usually to define the chi 1 & 2.

Let's check CHI1/2 defs.

This must have been improved by db defs as:

looks good now. Residues like Ser are even presented.
