Broken link salt bridges #255

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
When you try to have a look at the salt bridges by the link on the molecule page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see information, but instead you get a message the page doesn't
exist. In addition, this page can't be found on the Details(flat) page.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Some examples are 1AH1,1AJ4,1AI0,1AFO, 1A93

Right the link would include a hash mark like in:
http://nmr.cmbi.ru.nl/NRG-CING/data/br/1brv/1brv.cing/1brv/Cing/#_top

In case of a Chrome web browser looking at an http://xxxx url this will still
resolve well but with the same browser looking at file:// it will fall over.

Fixed in r841 by allowing the htmlLocation tuple to contain None for the second
argument (#top). The above url would now read:

http://nmr.cmbi.ru.nl/NRG-CING/data/br/1brv/1brv.cing/1brv/Cing/

This was not exactly what I meant. The problem still exists and wasn't fixed.
It is still impossible to have a look at the saltbridges of an entry.
