ProcheckNMR in rare circumstance reports extremely high g-factor #304

What steps will reproduce the problem?

PC gf phipsi can be extremely high.
This might be an installation bug as it's value in PDBe is normal.
 1hp3 CYSS     11        41.86      
 1b64 SER      82        34.36      
 1ak7 SER      94        34.08      
 1g11 GLU      38        27.02      
 1fcl GLY      14        17.57      
 1fd6 ASP      23        15.99      

Probably a bug/feature in PC and perhaps installation dependent.

Fixed in r1071 by truncating to 1.5.
