Bad selection set in RDB for a few residues. #321

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 2kwk   A        3 Residues 1-3 have s2.sel_1 set but aren't in range string. 
this is a bug.

jd:duvel/~/ grep kwk nrgcing_ranges.csv
2kwk,B.261-370

we see:

Then in $C/python/cing/NRG/sql/CING_paper_queries.sql we derive the table file: 
/tmp/nrgcing_ranges.csv
using the local Eclipse connection to the remote RDB server. See further notes 
there.

Fixed in r1143.
Now rerunning all entries.
