Need RNA template for THY in database (somewhat obscure) #327

A mix of U.sml and DT.sml.
It's important because now any chain with a THY will be considered to be of 
type other i.s.o. RNA.
This might a nice one for you Geerten as the creator of these files in general.
I'm working on a test case in test_molecule.py.

Not a big deal for NRG-CING so downgrading priority. This is because the import 
from CCPN works very well;-)

Committed to revision 1155 and fixed tests in r1156.

NB the RTHY in T.xml is not a normally occurring nucleic acid. The RNA 
equivalent of the DNA residue T is U.
