Best item submition in category

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. In Menu Manager - Edit Menu Item, select flexicontent Item submission form
2. In settings, Fkexicontent Menu override categoty Acl
3. There are three methods of selection: All Above, Single, Multiple

Imagine a directory where the user puts articles, or clasisifed ads, and y just 
want the user puts the you ads in maximum 3 categories.

Now he can not

IDEA: A field to enter the maximum number of categories where the user can 
place your ad

Better Idea:

2 fields (text area):

1) Max. number of categories where the user can post
2) Max. number of articles that the user can post

Scene:
A user only put maximum two articles choosing maximum three categories of the 
list of all categories.

Hello, this bug-tracker is rarely monitored, always use our forums, before 
posting here

- Max. number of articles that the user can post
it exists : "Maximum # of content" 
(edit the author in backend and you will see it)
also we have there: "Maximum categories per item"

... soon there will be usergroup permissions to avoid setting the above per 
author 

- Max. number of categories where the user can post 
this sounds strange and very rare, the categories the user can post, are 
controlled by ACL 'create' privilege
