It would be really useful to be able to filter a category feed by custom fields
(eg: a date field) without installing any additional software or editing any
core files. Some sample use cases:
1) Show upcoming events
2) Show results of completed tasks by date completed
3) Show "priority" items
4) Show 4 or 5 star projects
etc...
