What is the tracking information?
I guess I should install Google earth to see what you are taking about, the
tool we have only imports markers from a KML file...

I see that there is a lot of information in the KML_Samples.kml, currently we
only get some data from the <Placemark> tags.

I'm having a similar issue. My personal .kml file that GoogleMaps gave me
doesnt load at all in 0.7.5.2 - I checked the Edit Markers menu and not a
single marker loads. Do the markers need to be a special kind before the kml
file is created?

Hello to help us debug please post a link to the .kml file(s) that you are
having troubles with.

Hi
Congrats for the great software work !!! Have been using it for about 6 months
now and am now familiar with almost all the features and have used this
software in real time with a blue-tooth GPS Data-logger/Reciever.
I presume that what okaya meant by Tracking Data is the Path (Route info) in
Google Earth. I have notices this too that instead of drawing a line with
way-points, gmapcatcher on displays markers on the way-points.
Markers have no information displayed on the map, just a huge pin. What I have
done is I have studied Python, Pango, Cairo - just for this great software and
did some modification to the code on my notebook in Ubunto Partition to display
the marker information and have decreased the size of the marker to 50%.
Q. How can I display outlined-text on the Map like it is in Google earth. Am
wanting an out-lined text so that the last string will be visible when there
are lots of markers in close proximity. Is it possible in pango.Layout ?
