Feature request: add ability to grab pieces before the opponent makes a move

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a game
2. Make a move. 
3. Try to grab a piece before opponent moves.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to grab a piece and move it to where I want to move it on 
the next move. Then wait for the opponent to move. Release the piece 
immediately so that the move is made as quickly as possible.
As it is now I am unable to grab any piece while it is opponents turn. This 
leaves me at a great disadvantage compared to other chess clients especially 
when playing lightning chess.

What version of the product are you using?
0.10beta1 from ubuntu repository

Did you use an installed version of PyChess or did you run in from a
tarball/svn?

Please attach the latest pychess logfile. It's in a hidden folder, under
your homedirectory, named ".local/share/pychess/"
