Hi MisterSimon86,
I've taken a look at this today and have made a couple of changes to the code
based on your suggestion. Unfortunately we do not believe that the multiple
passages on one slide is urgent for now, but the confusing syntax certainly is.
I've made the following changes to the look of the Bible panel in the attached
screenshot. Hope this clears some confusion.
I will update this issue to a later milestone release for the different
passages suggestion.
Thank you for the support, we greatly appreciate your feedback.
Ben

Hy Ben.
Thank you for your information and the screenshot, it looks good!
And i agree, it´s not that urgent to have the multiple passage feature in
2014.1
(eventually the multiple passage feature should be exported to a seperate issue)

Hy Ben... i saw that there´s a new label in the language file...
Do i have access to this file or is it the best to just send the german
translation?
(Also for future changes in this file it would be great having access to it)

Hi Simon,
The label in question is:
bible.passage.selector.prompt=[Chapter]:[Verse]-[Verse]
(It's used to explain the syntax as a prompt in the relevant text field.) It's
generally easiest if we just send you the labels to be translated every so
often, we could give you commit access to change the file but you'd need to
install a version control system, check out the whole repository, run a script
to find the missing labels and then commit your changes back! (In short it's a
bit of a convoluted process so it's probably easiest if we just handle that
from this end, since we have it set up already.)
In the future we may create a web interface to give direct access to
translators, but that would be a fair way off!
M :)

Hy Michael.
Yeah, i already have a vcs installed (subversion svn)...
which system do you use?
The translation is:
bible.passage.selector.prompt=[Kapitel]:[Vers]-[Vers]
I discovered another issue in the german language file,
i´m not sure why line nr 413 is split in two lines?

Hi Simon,
We actually use Mercurial (Hg) - checkout instructions are here if you want to
give it a go (https://code.google.com/p/quelea-projection/source/checkout).
Thanks for the translation and spotting the extra line - not sure how that got
there, but I think Ben has sorted them both out now!
Thanks,
M

Hi Simon,
I have added that translation for you and spent some time clearing up the
translation lines. We had a few split lines and some labels that were no longer
needed that are now all cleaned out. The German translation is now fully up to
date
