PDF Export: Songs containing ä ö ü or other special characters in the title aren´t exported properly #264

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a song that contains at least one "special" character (ä,ü,ö ...)
2. Database - Export - Select this song
3. t

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Oh... i just found out, that when the ZIP is unpacked, all the documents have 
the right filename, so it´s rather a display error in the windows archive view 
than a bug in the quelea pdf exporter.
You can close this issue

Hi Simon, I think it probably was actually a bug - we should have specified 
UTF-8 to use for the entry names within the zip file and weren't doing so - we 
are now, so it now should display as it's meant to!
