Extension display to Mobile Lyrics/ Remote Control (Chromecast streaming?) #273

Ideas are to increase the details on the screen to have it as a more useful 
screen for Chromecast users to use. This could include:

* An out-of-room display, that displays the progression of the service through 
the song list (or alerts when it is the last song).
* A more useful screen for stage view, with future songs or presentation notes. 
This links with Issue 218
* A side-screen display for use with large churches, that can still offer the 
images and powerpoint slides as well as unformatted (or formatted) text.

This would be sent out using the server system we currently use for Mobile 
Lyrics/ Remote Control and be password protected
