Massive UI / LiveView problems after ClearScreen / BlackScreen #286

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Adding a song to the schedule
2. Sending it to LiveView and playing around with the Clear/Black Screen
3. After some tries the live view would not respond and it seems to be frozen 
although the preview of the presentation screen shows/hides the text and image 
correctly.
4. When this behaviour is present, any changes to the UI Window (resizing etc.) 
causes the UI to crash / not working

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 7 64bit
Win 8 64 bit
Quelea 2015.0 (Realease)

Please provide any additional information below.
I only could reproduce this behaviour, if i was using a second screen for the 
presentation. If i configured the screen "user defined" on a part of the main 
screen i haven´t seen this behaviour yet.

01 - Screenshot one shows the UI on the left with the Presentation-Preview 
working properly but the presentation screen on the right - it´s black

02 - Second screenshot shows the UI when i triedd to resize the Quelea main 
window - everything around the resized window is black...

i tried to start quelea with commandline, but it didn´t start
maybe this error is linked to the other problems described above ?

Think we now have the fix in place with Java 8u40.

Great! I tried to reproduce the problem on my HDMI Screen and was not able to 
(100 Cycles of Blank/Clear/Logo)
