package rrp files #215

Instead of having a new extension of red-r packages, why not stick with the 
.zip extension. We don't need to recognize the extension in the registry, so it 
just add confusion on how to create the file. Will make the developer 
documentation that much easier.

Sounds good. 

I'll take that out of the registry keys in the installer and update the package 
zip files accordingly.

All packages do require packages.xml though right?

issue resolved and accepted.

.zip files will be used instead of .rrp files
