Support ticket not pushed to unanswered view #43

A user responded to a ticket with the status of "requires more details" and I never would've noticed it if I had not looked back at it myself, because it never showed up on the unanswered page.

Not sure if this specific issue is fixed, but I've fixed an issue with the email not being sent to admin in commit https://github.com/jaketlarson/lite-jot/commit/a04f92226e05697418d4bbdae856b714ae35019e
