Convert framework modules to Python

Affected module(s): getframeworks, unframework, frameworkdb, frameworkdiff

The framework modules need to be Python. I was holding off on this until I absolutely needed to, and that time is now (re: https://github.com/jakev/dtfmods-core/issues/15).

It will be modeled after sysappdb.

Workflow:

Data collection/processing:

• frameworkdb pull
• frameworkdb oatextract (ART only)
• frameworkdb process
• frameworkdb unpack

Data analysis:

• frameworkdb list
• frameworkdb diff

Schema changes (frameworks.db):

• 'is_aosp' is removed. Matching is done at execution.
• 'is_bcp' is renamed to 'bootclasspath'.

• getframework
• frameworkdb (shell)
• frameworkdiff
• unframework
