Parse SEAndroid files

I'd like to process all the SEAndroid files to help determine what a user can do. These files appear public even on locked down phones.

This is coming along nicely. Parsers for context files + mac_permissions are complete, just need to wrap it up in SeDb library.

• Add capabilities to lookup capabilities by a context
• Add internal support for mapping property --> context, by implementing client side selabel_lookup()

• Add FileParser class to SeUtils/SeDb to perform file lookups
