Look for modified APIs in `sysservicedb` #52

Originally, I didn't expect OEMs to actually change arguments or return values of system service APIs, but I just confirmed that multiple OEMs do this, so I need to start checking for this.

I may change the output slightly, so that additions and changes are distinguished. I'm thinking:

[+] for added
[!] for changed
