Thanks! Did you mean to include a requirements file?

Also... I'm not sure I'd really want to include this recommendation in the README. Anybody who has business trying to pip install scipy would already understand what the requirements.txt means. And honestly, I would never recommend anybody try to install scipy via pip. (@wrobstory excluded, of course... :smile:)

no need! If you don't want to include the pip recommendation I wouldn't ask you to!
