PAST ISSUES - layout of issue picture, date and title #34

We would like the layout of each past issue to look condensed, like the below. It will be narrower than the current layout of posts, so please center on page.

I'd like to avoid changing the layout here. I expanded the browser width for when it stacks though. So, instead of 768px wide, it now changes at 900px wide which looks much better.
